Yesterday, a server (ID: SRV03) sent a hardware failure alert to our monitor team.

The alert was stating about an iminent Hard Drive failure. This hardwas was replaced and reimaged within 2 hours.
Unfortunately, a major CPU failure on the same server happened few hours after, leading to a server crash.

The whole server was replaced by a brand new machine and all account migrated.

An unpredictable 5 hours outage happened and we beg our fellow customers to excuse this issue.

We also invite them to contact us if they encouter any problem with their account.
