This issue was fixed in 50 minutes by Techs but some customers experienced a longer outage due to their ISP DNS Cache.
We feel very sorry for this situation and decided that should never happen again.
That's why, yesterday evening (GMT+1 TIMEZONE), a redundancy DNS servers was setted up.
This operation was done within few minutes but short outages may still occurs.
